Not long after receiving his degree from Georgetown University, Eddie began his career in Commercial Real Estate where he has since gained over 25 years of experience. Eddie was responsible for leasing over 4.9 million square feet of office space in the D.C. Metro area as Vice President of Leasing at Trizec Properties, Inc and over 5.2 million square feet of office space during his time Brookfield Office Properties. Eddie has served as the Senior Vice President of the PM Realty Group since 2014 where he represents non-profits, financial services and law firms. He serves as the Principal Broker and is licensed for the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia.
Christopher G. Fuldner
Chris is our lead Commercial Real Estate Consultant predominately working in the Washington, D.C. market. Born and raised in Bethesda, MD, Chris brings a personal and tailored approach for each of his clients. He received his business degree from the University of Alabama and quickly began formulating his career in sales. His professional background gives him the competitive edge needed in today’s real estate market. At his previous position he was the #1 Sales Representative for eight months straight and continues to carry the same enthusiasm that brings customer satisfaction each and every day.
